RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel completely happy with your CHARM HAUS piece — each one is made with intention and care.
Custom Pieces
All charm necklaces made through our Virtual Charm Bar, or pieces that require personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these pieces are made just for you, we’re unable to accept them back.
That said, if something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we genuinely want you to love your jewelry and are always happy to see what we can do.
Non-Custom Pieces
For all other pieces, return submissions must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If you’d like to start a return, just send us a note at hello@charmhausjewels.com with your order number and a quick message about what’s going on.
All items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition for returns.
